Welcome to GrabMyPasses. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the GrabMyPasses website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Platform Overview

GrabMyPasses acts solely as a platform to facilitate the discovery of college events and the booking of event passes. We connect users (attendees) with event organizers. We are not the creators, producers, or managers of the events listed on our platform.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To book tickets or create events, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility.

3. Ticket Booking, Limits & Pricing

• Finality of Sales: All ticket bookings are final. Prices are set by the event organizers and may be subject to change before booking confirmation.
• Rebooking Limitations: To prevent spam and abuse, a user may cancel and rebook a ticket for the same event a maximum of three (3) times. Exceeding this limit will block further bookings for that specific event.
• QR Code Generation: Upon successful booking, a unique QR code is generated. This code acts as your official entry pass.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

GrabMyPasses does not process refunds directly. Cancellations and refunds are strictly subject to the individual policies of the event organizer. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or altered, the organizer is solely responsible for communicating with attendees and issuing any applicable refunds.

5. Event Entry & Verification

Entry to any event requires the presentation of the valid QR code pass generated by GrabMyPasses. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry if:

• The pass is found to be duplicated, forged, or invalid.
• The pass has already been scanned and marked as "Checked In" in the system.
• The attendee violates the specific rules or dress codes set by the college or organizer.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to forge, alter, or duplicate QR codes or booking IDs.
• Using the platform for any illegal activities or to promote fraudulent events.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security, servers, or networks.
• Scraping data, bypassing rebooking limits, or using automated bots to book passes.

Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabMyPasses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform, the cancellation of an event, or any injuries/incidents that occur at an event venue.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
